Here’s what we are looking for: - BS Degree in Computer Science or STEM-related degree. - 3+ years of working experience in a data management role, supporting complex data solutions. - Experience working with data analytics within the digital advertising media sector. - Experience as a lead, guiding, and assisting other team members - strong team player, able to work in a multicultural, global environment with remotely located team members. - Experience working with SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical issues (strong triage and problem-solving skills). - Experience working with Finance and Billing needs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced English level. Principales Funciones: • Mantener operativa la base de datos empresarial, cumpliendo los criterios de integridad, disponibilidad y confidencialidad que se definan en las políticas aplicables • Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos y políticas de gestión de los servicios TIC implementados • Administrar las bases de datos empresariales, depósitos de datos y soluciones de inteligencia de negocios del sistema de información empresarial. • Planear, ejecutar y aplicar las políticas, estándares y procedimientos utilizados en la actividad de administración de la base de datos empresarial. • Dirigir la recolección de requerimientos y el diseño conceptual, lógico físico de la base de datos empresarial • Definir requerimientos para la adquisición de los recursos de software y hardware que sean necesarios para la gestión de la base de datos empresaria • Operación y mantenimiento de las bases de datos empresariales: Copias de Respaldo, Monitoreo de rendimiento, Optimización y Migración. Efectuar el registro y mantener actualizado los libros contables exigidos conforme al régimen de la Asociación. Realizar el control interno e implementar medidas correctivas si fueran necesarios. Atender las auditorías externas establecidas en la normativa de fondos sociales, las cuales se coordinan con el Consejo de Vigilancia e implementar las recomendaciones derivadas de los informes de auditoría y de control interno. Recibir, registrar y controlar en forma oportuna la documentación contable de los proyectos desarrollados por la Asociación. Prever el impacto sobre impuestos (multas, contingencias), costos (consumo, inflación) y finanzas que afecten los estados financieros, dando cumplimiento al cronograma. Brindar apoyo a la gestión de las relaciones comunitarias en temas sociales participando en reuniones de campo y atendiendo las comisiones que visitan el FSLG. Cumplir con las funciones encomendadas por el Consejo Directivo o el Gerente General para el buen funcionamiento del Fondo Social, tales como emisión de informes adicionales.
