Senior Demand Generation Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing team. You will play a critical role in the growth of Workling, owning our demand generation strategy and partnering with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) team to execute on it. This is a high-impact role with a focus on company growth via integrated campaigns, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Ejecutar el plan de acción comercial establecido para las cuentas manejadas por los Account Managers: visitas, sites, llamadas, eventos del rubro. 2. Ingresar las Actividades a LOD, indicando el objetivo y resultado (ROI) de la acción comercial realizada. 3. Captar y calificar leads para su cotización. 4. Presentar formalmente el Account Manager Groups & Business Travel ó Account Manager Leisure Sales al cliente una vez calificado un lead para proceder a su cotización. 5. Revisar la cotización, dar seguimiento y soporte al Account Manager Groups & Events ó Account Manager Leisure Sales durante la fase de follow-up y cierre negocios. 6. Prospectar la cartera de clientes en los segmentos de Leisure y Grupos&BT. 7. Atender las visitas de clientes potenciales y cuentas frecuentes para sites inspections, precons u otros que se requiera bajo coordinación con el Account manager y clientes. 8. Generar y mantener la herramienta de CRM organizada y al día. 9. Evaluar semanalmente los reportes de ventas para la correcta gestión de cartera de clientes. 10. Informar y coordinar con las Ejecutivas de Grupos & Eventos/ Account Manager Groups & Business Travel/ Account Manager Leisure Sales, según sea el caso, todos los puntos de la negociación que el cliente pueda haber expresado en la inspección, visita u otros. 11. Informar y coordinar con todos los departamentos involucrados de cada hotel al tener un site de grupos o cuenta comercial. 12.
